Service Overview


Phase 1: Deploy

Collecting data across as wide a base as possible is key in order to provide the best service possible. By capturing sufficient amounts of data we can determine performance baselines across all applications and devices.


Phase 2: Report (30days in) 

Within the first 30 days, we will be able to identify business-critical areas where performance is suffering the most, make recommendations on where to focus IT efforts and make progress on clearing some of the issues that are impacting the businesses remote performance.


Phase 3: Validate (60 days in)

After a further 30 days, we will compare the changes made against the previous report and validate how it has helped performance. We will also work with your IT department to determine how Aternity has helped performance-related issues.
